Re: Scientists have 20-minute "conversation" with a humpback whale named Twain

I think this is fascinating, but to me it seems like they should be studying cats and dogs. Seeing how they are the most popular pets and they are around us most. I mean really....it would be so cool to have a conversation with my cat.

Some of this AI technology is starting to get out of hand. Next they will be trying to use it to predict who will be a criminal...like that one movie I can't seem to remember. I like the advancement of technology and AI, but sometimes I think it is starting to get out of control.

Re: Birds dropping from the sky

I've never seen it happen in person, but I've seen some videos on it on YouTube. I forgot what scientists said what causes it, but it is truly a remarkable event.

Re: The Jatinga Bird Suicides: The Mystery Of Small Town

To me I tend to lean towards the conspiracy side. Maybe the government there is performing some type of secret experiments underground and that's what's causing the birds to commit suicide. I know this doesn't sound plausible because they say it's been happening for many years and only during certai...

I remember hearing about this type of technology years ago as a future technology. It's amazing how time flies...because that future is now the present.

Re: 20 of the best conspiracy theories

The one about the John F. Kennedy assassination seems to be the most believable to me. I just never could buy into the belief that his assassination was a one to two man operation. I think the government definitely had something to do with it.

Re: Scientists Are Investigating Signs of Ancient Human Civilization Underwater

There's no telling what kinds of civilizations existed thousands of years ago. There could have been an entirely different humanoid type of species that existed but either went extinct or was whipped out by a flood.

Re: Scientists transplanted human gene for monkeys and they became smarter

Often times when you hear about stories like this they are not new. So you can bet that these experiments have been going on for years, but the news of it is just coming out now. No telling how far along they are now with the experiments.

Re: The Serial Killer That Inspired The Movie Scream

I know this is no excuse for what he did, but his father was a terrible man. And it just made me wonder, how many other cops abuse their family members like his dad did? I really do believe that quite a few people go into law enforcement because they have abusive personalities. Again, I'm not making...

They really do need to bring back torture as a punishment for some people. Just imagine the horrors his victims endured before they died. He kept them alive for some time raping, torturing and humiliating them before he ultimately killed them. I even heard that he might have even cooked one of his v...
