I always thought about, what if someone weaponized the rabies virus?If they did , I think that would trigger something like the zombie apocalypse.

I'm not sure if they're from the future, but I do believe in a post human civilization that has existed before modern mankind. So, maybe these reports of aliens are actually reports of a more advanced mankind.

I would think they would have to first figure out what consciousness is before they can try to recreate it. Is consciousness just self awareness or does it require you to have a soul?

It's just crazy that you can have hundreds or thousands of people see something---past down the stories of what they saw for hundreds/thousands of years---and still because we don't have any physical evidence of what they saw---modern people dismiss these stories as fairy tales and folklore.
