I think that modern day mankind needs to get over ourselves and start being open to the possibility that we weren't the only or maybe even the first intelligent humanoid species on this planet. A lot of ancient cultures talk about humanoid intelligent beings being around during their time. At some point you have to ask...are all of them just making it up.
