Mikhail Popkov is one of the biggest serial killers of women in history. Also known as "the Siberian Werewolf" or "the Angarsk Maniac", he killed more than 80 women in his lifetime. Mikhail went from being a policeman to becoming the biggest serial killer Russia had ever seen.

Serial killers are some of the worst human beings on Earth. In my opinion we should just have a speedy trial and execute all of them.
