Jerome Brudos was a serial killer and necrophile who murdered four women in Oregon during the 1960s. He was known as the 'The Lust Killer' and 'The Shoe Fetish Slayer.'
I don't know...he's killing people in this garage and his family is in the kitchen and can't hear the screams. That doesn't seem that believable to me. Something is off about this story!

They should have locked him away after his first assault. I wonder how the people responsible for his release feel about the murders he did afterwards? I wonder do they feel any kind of guilt?
