Australian Driver Films Tasmanian Tiger?

A motorist cruising down a city street in Australia filmed a curious creature dashing along a sidewalk and some suspect that the odd animal could be the legendary Tasmanian Tiger. The wild video, which can be seen here, was captured earlier this month by a man in the Melbourne suburb of Strathmore and subsequently wound up being posted to TikTok shortly after the eerie encounter. In the footage, his drive down a desolate road takes an unexpected turn when two passengers in the car excitedly ask "what is that" when they see a strange creature lingering in the road.

I watched the video and I don't think it's a tasmanian devil. Probably just a small dog. But it would be great if the tasmanian devil was still alive somewhere. If we ever discover them again hopefully we will respect and protect them.
