How to file a FOIA Request?

This is a great site that explains how to file a "freedom of information request(FOIA). I used these instructions before to get information on "project blue book"....about the US navy investigations on alien phenomenal.

Thanks for the link. I remember years ago using the FOIA to write some government agencies like the FBI, CIA and the NSA to see if they had any surveillance information on certain people
