Apparently this photo of a ghost was captured near an old Civil War hospital. I feel like it looks like some type of statue but it looks like some believe it's a ghost. What do you think?

This picture looks fake to me Why are all these ghost pictures blurry? I just want to see one crystal clear for once

It does seem like a ghost, but I am also skeptical if the photo is indeed real or fake. It just might be edited to look real in order to have fake ghost articles.
