I am not aware of this news story, but I think mermaids exist. However, I think the mermaids the way they are portrayed in Hollywood movies do not exist. I believe there are sea creatures that look like humans. My belief is based on the fact that all of us evolved from the same unicellular organism.

They are to blame why were they even there, sometimes people just risk their lives without caring. I am not actually sure if mermaids exists.
