Lonnie David Franklin Jr. is better known by the nickname 'Grim Sleeper.' He lured vulnerable women into his car before murdering and sexually assaulting them for more than two decades.

It's just amazing that a person like this can kill for so long right in his own living area and not get caught for decades. It's either poor police work or the quality of the victims...or both.
