Young exotic dancers end up missing and murdered after being preyed upon by an Alaskan Serial Killer. One victim manages to escape and informs the police. Working with the FBI to create a behavioral profile of the serial killer, officers look for evidence to link the killer, identified as Robert Hansen, to the mass murders. The 2013 film 'The Frozen Ground', starring Nicholas Cage, is based on this case.
