Just came across this video on YouTube. How can a person be so evil? To do this to his own daughter is just disgusting!Kei'mani Latigue was reported missing in March. The 13-year-old’s body was eventually found in a burned out building days after she was reportedly with her father, Darnell Jones. Investigators believe Jones sexually assaulted the teen, then cut off her hands and nearly decapitated her head — stabbing her neck multiple times.
