I don't see trolls talked about alot on whether they are true cryptids or not. Is it because they are talked about alot in fairy-tales? Are there any actual credible accounts or evidence of these creatures actually existing? I'm very curious about this topic. If anyone has any info about this subject, even if it showed that they don't exist, it would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think so. They are considered to be mythical beings. And also, they are depicted as being able to speak English or the native language. So I think they are more human than creature.
