I remember watching a documentary about the US government coming into Tesla's apartment after his death and taking his files. I think Tesla was a man way ahead of his time. In today's world now, he would definitely be a billionaire.

If they catch wind of something you are doing, they will either imprison you and take it or you will work for the government. Someone I talked to online said he worked with a guy that was doing stuff with lasers as a hobby and one day he was just randomly gone. Stopped showing up to work. He didn't have a wife but his sister said she had no idea where he went either. She filed a missing person's report but no answers were ever given. This was like 28 years ago.
