Maybe this is why so many people claim to be abducted by aliens. Maybe the aliens are planting something inside of them so they can watch, observe, and maybe even control them

This is an interesting take. And when you really think about it, it does start to make since. If an alien species did what to infiltrate and blend into man's society this would be a great way to do it.
