Do "Star Children" exist?

Some people believe that there are kids on Earth that are born with high intelligence and with special abilities. They think their abilities are influenced by extraterrestrials. They are called "Star Children" because they are believed to be creations from and advanced race. Do you think these kinds of kids exist?

I've been watching programs about these star kids for years. I kind of believe that they do exist. I wish that there was more coverage about this topic

I have heard and read stories about kids with high intelligence and special abilities. A couple of years ago, a 13 years old girl became the talk of the town for her ability to read people's minds and see the future. My father went to meet her and he said she actually possessed special abilities. The girl claimed that the abilities were given by God. A couple of years later, the girl suddenly became a normal girl.
