Sometimes when I watch these documentaries on serial killers, I wonder...does it take so long to catch these killers because they are smart and cleaver or are these just cases of bad police work. Chester didn't seem like a very bright guy who was going out of his way not to get catch. He wasn't catch because of some amazing detective work, but because he had to give a DNA sample after he was in prison for something else.
