Since the 1980s, there have been reports of a 'black-eyed child' in Staffordshire and while some people are sceptical, others are terrified about the ghostly creature.
Towns and villages have their fair share of horror tales - and one of them is the curse of the "black-eyed child" which has terrified locals across the British countryside for decades.
Over the years, there have been reports of eerie encounters around Cannock Chase in Staffordshire - and sightings of the ghostly creature were first recorded in the 1980s. While some dismiss the claims, others believe it is the tormented soul of a young girl who was murdered in the area during the 1960s - and some are even convinced it is an alien or demon. https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/c ... d-31294702

This is the first time I've heard the "Black-eyed Children" being mentioned outside the US. Maybe there's some truth to this urban legend. It would be scary and cool at the same time if it was actually true.

I really do think that there's something to this phenomenon. These' sightings have been reported for years at different locations and time periods. There must be some type of truth to some of it
