A young Chinese man who had been experiencing severe headaches lately was shocked to learn that he had been living with a bullet in the left side of his skull for about two decades.

Xiao Chen (pseudonym), a 28-year-old man from Shenzen, had been suffering from random headaches for as long as he could remember, only lately they had been getting more frequent and more severe. I don't think that is a bizarre case. I know a man who lived with a bullet inside his chest until he died. However, his death was not caused by the bullet. He was shot during the insurgency period in the counntry. By the way, how did he get the bullet in his head, in the first place?
